Serbia Contingency Planning and Economic Security Program (SCOPES) is a five year program funded by USAID, designed with aim of helping local communities with planning and preparedness for natural and man-made disasters and to work with business to help create jobs among vulnerable population.

Main areas of assistance are development of crisis plans with target municipalities and rapid response support, and expanding economic opportunities for at-risk population (youth, poor and IDP & Refugees). Program will be conducted countrywide for planning and preparedness, and have focus in South, Central and South-West Serbia for economic security.

Funded by USAID it is implemented by Development Alternatives Inc, with CHF International and Booz Allen Hamilton as Partners.
